On a recent trip to Bath, I had the opportunity to visit one of Toast’s beautiful stores. The closest one to us is Brighton but they don’t have the full range and have none of the interior collection. So when I realised I could get my hands on such a great selection whilst we were down in Somerset it was all I could think of. I have been a fan since the beginning, I only own a few items but they have all worn marvellously, and have been wardrobe staples for me every season.
The sales assistant was very helpful and patient, as I sent her back and forth relentlessly with requests for so many different sizes and colours. I got all excited for deep plums, bright pinks and yellows, but luckily I know myself and the three items I took home to add to my winter wardrobe were these on the top row above – the Cecile sweater, the Linen scoop neck tee and the Zelma knit coat.
The bottom row are things that have recently been added to their online collection, that have also taken my fancy. My go to layer – a cardigan in Icelandic fair isle, some winter foot saving felt slippers, a bracelet for a bit of jingle and some sheepskin mittens for my always frozen hands! Happy November layering x
