Ever since I started working from home, I have become a self confessed lazy dresser. Today in my oversized sweat shirt and shorts, I am hoping to inspire anyone else in this kind of slump to get smart with some lovely ladies workwear looks I have found over at Hobbs. Even if my office is just across the hallway, shouldn’t I still make the effort? The smartest of my two looks, pairs a black and white outfit with comfy shoes and bright bag and coat. I love the idea of a bright flash of pink to wrap around this cute spotted blouse and slim fit trouser combo, and the animal print clutch is just the wild cherry on the top. Perfect for much needed Winter cheer. Featured here are the Gena blouse, Teddie bag in Leopard, Shelby trousers, Lacey coat, and Clement Derby Shoe.
Look two is a little more casual, I love the blue and ochre pairing and miss-matched accessories, this leather jacket – slightly softer in a colour of dark blue, brings the vintage style dress perfectly into a modern setting, and aren’t the tassels on these super cute chestnut brown shoes just too sweet? All perfect for the joyous line of work I’m in. When I do have to leave the house I am meeting people, eating (too much) cake and skipping around town and I do so love wearing heels, even if I do have to hide around the corner and slip them on at the last minute before I arrive somewhere! This outfit includes the Eva Cardigan, Dee Bangle, NW3 Cecile shoe, Isla Dress, NW3 Maritime Leather jacket, and NW3 Wakefield bag.
A few more pieces here for all you accessory lovers, I love leather bags and all mine are various shades of natural tan leather, so I feel I should branch out from the safety of what I know and love and invest in a new colour! How about one of these, the NW3 Wakefield satchel, Perrin Bag, or Signature zip pouch.
